Het rapport geeft inzicht in hoe werkend Nederland haar eigen werk en arbeidspotentieel ervaart. Het benutten van het potentieel is een belangrijk onderwerp. Zelfsturing, verantwoordelijkheid, resultaatgerichtheid, bevlogenheid en holocratisch organiseren zijn voor veel organisaties een onderwerp op de agenda.<\/p>\n<h3>Enkele inzichten zijn:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>13% van werkend Nederland ervaart sterk dat de werkgever het beste uit hen haalt, de zogeheten Top Performers.
